CTS Turbo is proud to release our 180mm Crank Pulley Upgrade Kit for 3.0T FSI. The CTS pulley upgrade is a larger diameter than stock and made from precision billet T66061 aluminum. It replaces the two-piece design of the stock pulley and also reduces the rotational mass of the crank, freeing up horsepower. The larger diameter pulley will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins and will increase the boost pressure output. Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components. NOTE: This pulley alone must be used with appropriate “Stage 2” performance software. Stage 2 performance software (not included) will allow you to achieve maximum boost and power from your 3.0T while safely optimizing air-fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed off. Product Details: Made in house at CTS Turbo, in Canada Precision CNC machined from billet T66061 aluminum OEM-spec honing and tolerances Replacement crank pulley belt included Anodized black for long-lasting OEM looking finish 180mm crankshaft pulley can be used with the software made for supercharger pulley only (stage 2+ Unitronic or stage 2 034Tuning) without replacing the factory supercharger pulley. The supercharger ratio is the same and the installation is much easier!
